Its International Yoga Day- time to celebrate the Birth of Yoga in India.

Did you know practicing yoga in nature can really enhance your practice. This Yoga celebration is handcrafted from the ground up to offer you a yoga experience like no other. Where we offer different yoga classes – Traditional Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga with Props & Aerial Yoga, Sound Meditation, Sunrise and Sunset Lakeside Meditations, Mandala Making, incredible food, class apart Camping experience, inspiring adventures and a crew of similar minded fun-loving people from around the world.

Rinul Pashankar, Co-Founder of Om Studio & Adventure Battalion will be hosting this experience at our private island at Pawana Lake. Adventure Battalion where nature-meets-nurture campground that provides enough luxury to be comfortable (tent camping with crisp linens & separate Bathroom blocks), yet maintains its adventurous spirit (hiking, lake swims and foraging excursions).

What’s more? A high energy and fun Drum circle around the born fire. Drums are as vibrant and loud as they are soft and calm, constantly reminding us of our connection to joy, expression and freedom.

Spreading joy, good health, wellbeing and bringing people together through this 2 Night, 3 Day Yoga Celebration.

Itinerary

13th Friday

5- 6 pm– Check in

6 to 7 pm– Introduction by the lake, Evening Snacks & Briefing

7 to 8 pm – Yoga session- Basics of Pranayama

8.30 to 9.30pm– Dinner with Bonfire

10 pm– Lights out

14th Saturday-

6.00 am – Wake up

6.30 am– Tea & Sunrise

7.00 to 8.00 am– Traditional Hatha Yoga

8.30 to 10 am– Breakfast

10 to 11 – Sound meditation

11 to 12 -Mandala Workshop- Nature collection, draw, colour

12 to1 pm-Lunch

1 to 4 pm– Rest

4 to 6 pm– Traditional & Aerial Yoga

6 to 7 pm– Tea & Snacks

7 to 8 pm– Bonfire & Drum Circle

8 to 9 pm– BBQ followed by dinner

15th Sunday-

6 am– Departure for Hike – Tung Fort

6.30 am – Start Hike

7 to 9 am – Pranayam followed by Breakfast & Tea on Tung Fort

9 – 10 am– Rest & Freshen Up at Base

10- 12 am– Art/ Mandala Workshop (Option* to attempt The World’s Biggest Human Catapult-Rambo Sling)

12 to 3.30 pm-Lunch & Rest

3.30 to 4 pm – Tea & Departure

Things to Carry

1. Please carry camping boots/high grip shoes, rain protection gear
2. Own Yoga Mat
3. Torch or flash light.
4. Mosquito and insect repellent.
5. Carry comfortable clothes with extra pair and jacket for cold nights.
6. Own Toiletries & Towels for campers
